Summer Glau was an American actress who is known for playing River Tam in Firefly, an award-winning television show. Also, she played Cameron as Cameron in Terminator. Sarah Connor Chronicles. In addition to these, she also starred in two shows The 4400 The Unit The Cape Arrow Sequestered and Angel Cold Case The Big Bang Theory Chuck and co-starring in the popular series Hawaii Five-0. The actress who has acted in films such as Serenity as well as Knights of Badassdom has also done a number of TV shorts and films such as Mammoth The Initiation of Sarah Deadly Honeymoon Help to Celebrate Christmas Dead End and Inside the Box to name several. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . She was the youngest of three children born to Marcela and Abraham Quintanilla. Selena joined the band of her father when she turned eight. Selena performed as the lead guitarist of the group, as did her two older siblings Abraham junior on base and sister Suzette performing drums. Selena acted as the singer. The group was dubbed Selena Y Los Dino and she would perform along with her siblings in numerous wedding and bar fairs and other events. Selena Y Los Dino was a very demanding band for Selena as well as her siblings. This meant that they were not given a lot of a chance to grow up. Abraham senior was also a member of Los Dinos' original band, played the guitar. Selena Y Los Dinos officially was formed in 1981. It was a family's business, and also the principal source of income for the Quintanilla family. Quintanilla's parents persevered throughout the beginning of financial difficulties. Selena Y Los Dinos became popular in western states in the late 80s. Selena, the lead singer in the group received two awards in the Tejano Awards for the year 1986: Female Vocalist of the Year and Artist. Selena Y Los Dinos became well-known and recognizable following this moment. They have appeared in many Spanish TV shows, including El Show De Johnny Canales Siempre In Domingo, and Sabado Gigante.
